Appointments are provided via telehealth through a HIPAA-compliant platform. In-person appointments are available on a limited basis. Benefits of telehealth visits include increased accessibility, flexibility, and streamlined care. Patient paperwork must be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $100 non refundable cancelation/no show fee.

Full payment is required at least 24 hours before your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Starting January 1, 2025, we will be receiving Aetna and Cigna.
